1. Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date for most items. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Tags and labels must be attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. How to Return
- Log in to your account at nostalgicshopper.com.
- Go to “Order History” → Select item → “Request Return.”
- Pack items securely with the original receipt.
- Ship using the prepaid label (U.S.) or your preferred carrier (international).
3. Refund Process
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal).
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”).
- Personalized/custom-made products.
