  2. Go to “Order History” → Select item → “Request Return.”
  3. Pack items securely with the original receipt.
  4. Ship using the prepaid label (U.S.) or your preferred carrier (international).

3. Refund Process

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
